Lost my Singapore SIM card.

I’ve NEVER lost a SIM card in my life. (But I’ve lost a phone once. Wait, no. Someone STOLE my phone.)

Hate. Hate. Hate losing a SIM card. Every banking transaction requires it and now it’s going to be late payments for all my bills!!

Finding a Home

Apartment viewing is quite a tedious process. Even though it takes only 5 minutes to view the actual apartment, the walking between buildings, the lift-taking, the stair-climbing etc. all end up being very tiring wor!

Daily News

Current sleeping schedule – sleep at 3am, wake up at noon. Eeps!

I suppose that’s better than 12mn to 12nn … right??

Anyway, think I’m going to fix that tonight. Woke up early to schedule apartment inspections… 9 units in 2 hours is quite tiring!

Hello, and welcome to my new humble (online) abode! You might have been directed from my previous homeland or you could have stumbled upon this blog. Either way, there’s something old and something new here.

I’ve kept all the “old” settings and formattings because I’m too lazy to set new things up, but with this new blog I’ll also be able to “reset” all my categories, which was previously such a mess that most times I couldn’t decide what to file the post under.

I considered continuing with the old blog and simply updating the title, but it didn’t seem right. Sydney was a chapter on its own, and I guess it should remain that way. I’m not sure what this blog will turn out to be like. Since most of you are quite familiar with Hong Kong, which is far more similar to Singapore than Sydney ever was, most things won’t be as interesting I suppose.

Anyway, perhaps that’s more motivation for me then to inspect the nooks and crannies of this crazy island and uncover the unique and fascinating that can only be
